At OSH, we offer brands you love in the comfort and convenience of a clean, organized neighborhood hardware store. Although we cannot always provide the same pricing as some big box or online competitors, we will match the price if you find a lower price on an in-stock item from another retailer.

If you find a lower price within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference if the item meets the below criteria:

 Guidelines & Limitations

• The item being matched must be identical in model, color, size and any other relevant specification
• The item must be in-stock in our store at the time of purchase
• Please bring in the ad, printout, photo or a digital version of the ad so our team can validate the price on the competitor’s website or ad
• OSH reserves the right to limit requests to reasonable quantities

 Product Exclusions

• Discontinued, used, refurbished, open box, clearance, seasonal, closeout or damaged merchandise
• Product rebates; free offers; Buy 1, Get 1 offers; Buy More, Save More offers; tax-free events; or one-time promotions, including seasonal specials (Spring Black Friday, Black Friday or similar), special events and/or bundle offers
• Price Match Guarantee cannot be combined with any other OSH offer, promotion, discount, or coupon
• Discounts available to select groups of customers, such as military, senior, or Club OSH/brand loyalty members
• Volume or wholesale discount pricing offered by competitors
• Pricing from membership-based retail wholesalers
• Third-party marketplace sellers, auction sites or closeout/discount sites. For example, we price-match items sold by Amazon.com, but not by a third-party seller on Amazon.com
• Sales tax is excluded
• Advertising pricing errors or misprints
